Photographer Ola Torkelsson specializes in portrait- and documentary photography.

 

He is based in Malmö, Sweden and works for Swedish and International magazines, and newspapers and corporate clients.

 

Between 1994-2004 Ola worked as a staff photographer and picture editor at the Picture Agency Pressens Bild AB, Stockholm, Sweden.

He has also held staff positions at Sydsvenskan, Malmö, Sweden (1999, 2000 and 2004) and at Dagens Nyheter, Stockholm, Sweden (2001).

 

Ola Torkelsson has studied Law, Economic History, Arabic, Photography, Political Science and National Economics focusing on third world economy at the University of Lund and at Stockholm University.

Ola speaks Swedish, English and German.
